Penne Casserole

Ma and I made this penne casserole for dinner.

First you thaw hamburg meat or sausage.

Preheat oven for 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Then you chop celery, bell peppers, onions and garlic.

Boil a pot full of water for the noodles.

In a medium frying pan add the hamburg meat and vegetables.

Cook the noodles. And then drain them in a strainer.

I added hot sauce, oregano leaves and then the garlic (I tend to add garlic when the dish is almost ready because heat destroys the flavour of the garlic – so if you don’t want it to be as garlicy add it sooner).

Then in a casserole dish add the noodles, sauce, grate cheese if desired and mix together. And then place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

And serve! 🙂
