Today I read my daily reading about clear thinking and it reminded of me to release unwanted thoughts and thoughts that aren’t solely on the present. I release thoughts from my past and the future. Mind you it is okay to think about these but all of your thoughts can’t live there. You should focus on the present. Bring your mind back to the present.
You shouldn’t let your past or future blur your thinking of the present.
Today I will release my thoughts of the past and future and embrace in the now.
