My boyfriend took me out for dinner to one of my favourite restaurants.
We had a mango salad as an appetizer as usual. It has lettuce, bell peppers, mangoes, carrots and cashews with a nice tangy dressing.

My boyfriend’s brother was on vacation with his grandparents for the past week and he finally came home today.
The house was lonely since we would socialize on our days off whilst everyone else was at work and school.
He showed us pictures from his stay. They were really pretty. I enjoyed that!
Today, I will embrace and enjoy the time that I have with others whom I love.
Earlier today, my boyfriend and his family made chicken lo mein. It wasn’t too bad, I thought it would have turned out a bit better.
We cooked the chicken and vegetables (water chestnuts, bamboo, red bell peppers, mushrooms, corn, broccoli and snow peas). After that we cooked the noodles. Then we heated up onions, garlic and ginger with soy sauce. After that got hot we added the chicken, vegetables and noodles to fry it.
It was still good though, I would recommend it. Also, we used frozen vegetables instead of fresh ones because of the cost.
Long story short, I don’t want to go into too many of the details since this person reads my blog but this person got mad. Despite that last time they got mad they told me that needed space so I gave them that. This time was no different but I can’t help myself to think if that was the best option.
Today, I will give people space when needed.

I really enjoy this quote. A friend sent me this quote the other day and I have been thinking about it.
I have been going through a lot of stuff lately and it has been helpful putting things in perspective. I am rediscovering the meaning of joy and letting go of things and people that no longer give me joy.
I have rediscovered how purposeful organizing truly is. I nearly done organizing my room.
It has been difficult at first but I was able to get rid of a lot of things. I am quite proud of myself.
Today, I will do something that will get me closer to my goals.
Okay, I had a good week. I ate really healthy over the past few days. I visited many people I haven’t seen in awhile (my grandparents, my cousin and a family friend).
I have been organizing a lot although it is still a work in progress but it is almost done.
I went to bed early last night and I have been trying to get into the habit of stretching and doing a few yoga poses as well.
I feel happier and proud of myself for competing these resolutions. I will still make time do these resolutions even in February.
Earlier today I was at my Grandparents’ house and she served us sweet potato fries and I had mine with white vinegar, of course! It was delicious!
I practiced learning to not sweat over the small things. It’s something that I have been trying to do for a little while now.
Something that has been helping me is meditating and thinking in the Now and not stressing over the past or the future.
Today, I will release the small things and everything that is not in the present. I will learn to not stress over something I do not control.
