I am starting to drink green tea once a day now. I have started this many times, before but this time, I am taking it very seriously. There are many great benefits to drinking tea. Although it is best to have green tea plain (no milk, or sugar added), to truly reap in the benefits. Some of the benefits include a decrease risk of having strokes, and various cancers because of all of the antioxidants in the tea. It can help improve brain function, and even help slow down the brain from aging.
Although a word of caution, green tea does have a lot of caffeine, so if consuming caffeine keeps you from falling asleep, be sure to have it in the morning, or early afternoon. I normally have a cup of green tea when I wake up and after my yoga.
I have started noticing that my brain is more focused on reading, and blogging. I have only started drinking green tea not too long ago.

I have become a very strong tea drinker. English tea in the morning, green tea and mushroom tea in the afternoon, and turmeric tea at night. I definitely feel the effects in a very positive way. Great post 👍

Thank you so much! I love Orange Pekoe because that is what my Grandpa would drink and make for us when we visit him. I love all kinds of tea, too. I try to drink Green Tea because of how healthy it is for us. But I never tried, or even heard of mushroom tea. I’m not a big fan of mushrooms either, so I don’t think it would be for me, but that’s okay,
