Iced Blueberry Matcha Latte

Matcha is amazing! It is finely powdered green leaves, so it comes as a powder.

When the water is boiling, you need to portion it in your matcha bowl.

Next, place ice cubes in your mug of choice.

Then add boiling water and whisk it, insuring that the powder has dissolved.

Froth the milk

Top it off with your frothed milk

Cherry Cheese Cake

My Dad’s girlfriend made a cherry cheesecake last night. It was delicious! Well first my Dad told me that she was planning on baking one for the party and I told him that cherry cheesecakes are the best even though he knew he still asked me which one was my favourite.

I told him and he replied with “Okay cherry it is.”

She told people that she added jello in it. And she also made a blueberry cheesecake too. I had two pieces of the cherry and one blueberry. What a great dessert. 🙂
