Peach Ginger and Dandelion Tea

It’s Tuesday, which means it’s another edition of Tea Tuesday! Today’s tea is Peach Ginger with Dandelion. It is infused with vitamin B6, which helps boosts your metabolism. It has other benefits such as prevents cancer, helps unclog arteries, helps with eye diseases, and promotes brain health.

This tea is a herbal tea, with no caffeine. It is super healthy, too. What I like is that you can taste more of the peach, and the ginger isn’t too powerful.

Here is my mug, well actually it’s a tea cup, for the day. What I love about this tea cup, is that it is yellow, which is my favourite colour. I love the flowers, and how elegant it is. It reminds me of a tea cup from Alice In Wonderland, or a tea cup from Great Grandma.

Iced Peach Matcha Latte – Tea Tuesday

Hey everyone! Welcome to another addition of Tea Tuesday. Today, I decided to have an iced peach matcha latte.

My sister bought my boyfriend and myself somewhat matching mugs last Christmas. I love tea and Disney, so it was the perfect gift.

First put the ice in the mugs.
I put in five scoops of peach matcha into my matcha bowl, and then I began whisking it after adding boiling water to make it liquid.
Then pour the matcha over ice, while the milk is frothing.
I got thirsty and took a few sips, before I remembered/realized I didn’t capture the moment of the frothed milk.

Count Your Blessings

I had breakfast at my boyfriend’s and shortly afterwards he had to depart for work. I got to hang out with his sister for a bit. That was fun we listened to music and talked. Then she went to the mall with her friends and that she will be back later.

I was going to clean up but I didn’t know where they kept their supplies so I just started writing my boyfriend a letter and worked on a Sudoku puzzle over a cup of Earl Grey Vanilla tea.

His ma came in from work and we sat talked briefly over a snack. Then I went back to my activities because she had an errand to run. Then my boyfriend’s sister’s boyfriend came over so we talked until my boyfriend’s ma came back. We had many laughs.

My boyfriend’s ma and I had many healthy snacks – banana, corn on the cob, peach and tea and we had a snack that wasn’t as healthy which was a Nutella danish.

Before I left she showed me a few pictures of my boyfriend when he was a child. Those were pictures were adorable. 🙂

After I finished writing my boyfriend a letter I paced it on his pillow in his made bed, courtesy of moi! 🙂 ❤

Today, I will count my blessings, not my problems.

Peach Mango White Tea

For those who don’t know me I absolutely love tea! Last week my boyfriend and I tried this tea and it was so good.

My boyfriend adds sugar, a lot more than I typically add (I guess we aren’t sweet enough – I’m kidding, we totally are.) and we also add milk. I usually don’t add milk and sugar to my tea but since my boyfriend does and makes ours with it I started liking it again.
