I hope you are having a great day.

I live in Canada, and I am 26 years old. I often get told that I have a lot of wisdom for someone my age. I am someone who has fought through many struggles throughout my life, but with all of the hardships that I had faced, I feel like I have learned a lot about myself. I also have a lot of insight and optimism to share with others.

I try my best to stay mindful and be in the now. I practice yoga and meditation to help guide me and relax me. I am working towards living within my means and trying not to overspend or overeat. I am continuing to express my gratitude whenever possible.

I believe that our words that we express have the power to heal others. Whenever you speak to others, be cautious to others so you can use your words to empower others.
